The production process begins with manufacturing of the core using the up-to-date core shooting machines. Our specialty are core-intensive series parts. A modern sand management ensures constant high quality and process reliability.

Our automated molding lines with very narrow tolerances guarantee that the cast parts are formed reliably throughout the series. The cast iron alloys are made in modern electrical furnaces with melting processor control. Every batch is checked using an optical emission spectrometer of the most recent generation for its special quality parameters, and the results are documented completely.
